6. Delivery Issues
- Late Deliveries: While we aim for timely delivery, delays by third-party couriers may occur. If this affects the condition of your flowers, please contact us within 4 hours.
- Wrong Deliveries: If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will send a replacement or refund.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
