Return and Refund Policy for Florist Shop Dubai L.L.C.
At Florist Shop Dubai L.L.C., we aim to provide the highest quality flowers and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order and request a full refund if it has not yet been dispatched for delivery. Please contact our customer service team immediately via email at flowershopdubai@gmail.com or call +971525959713. We will process your cancellation promptly.
- After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellations are not possible. As flowers are perishable, cancellations cannot be accepted after dispatch.
2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your flowers or items arrive damaged, we ask that you contact us within 4 hours of receiving your order. Please provide us with photographic evidence of the damage or defect, and we will review the situation. We will offer a replacement or a refund only if the flowers were not delivered in the condition they were intended.
- Quality Guarantee: We take pride in our flowers and their quality. If the flowers you received are not as described (e.g., a wrong arrangement, poor quality, or missing items), please contact us within 4 hours. A refund or replacement will be offered depending on the situation.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
- Perishable Products (fresh flowers, plants, chocolates) that are delivered in good condition and accepted by the recipient.
- Customized or Personalized Orders (e.g., custom bouquets, personalized messages, or special designs) once processed and delivered.
- Orders Delivered Correctly as per the original request, where the flowers were accepted in good condition.
4. Refund Process
If your order is eligible for a refund (under the circumstances mentioned above), the process will be as follows:
1. Contact Us Immediately: Email us within 4 hours of receiving the flowers to report any issues.
2. Return of Flowers (if applicable): If required, we will arrange the return of the flowers. In most cases, flowers that are perishable cannot be returned. However, in the event of a quality issue, we may request the flowers to be returned for inspection.
3. Refund Processing: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchange Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer exchanges. If there is a mistake with your order or a quality issue, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
6. Delivery Issues
- Late Deliveries: While we aim for timely delivery, delays caused by third-party couriers may occur. If a delay causes a significant issue with the condition of the flowers, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery, and we will address the situation.
- Wrong Deliveries: If we deliver the wrong product or flowers, please notify us immediately. We will take necessary steps to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
