At Florist Shop L.L.C., we provide fresh flowers and great service. Because our products are perishable, please check our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order and get a full refund if it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at flowersshopdubai@gmail.com or call +971 52 595 9713.

After Dispatch:
Once your order has been dispatched or delivered, it cannot be cancelled. Since flowers are perishable, cancellations are not accepted after dispatch.

2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your flowers or items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery.
  • Send us photos of the issue for review.
  • We will either send a replacement or issue a refund if the order was not delivered in the intended condition.

Quality Guarantee:
If the flowers are not as described (e.g., wrong arrangement, missing items, poor quality), please contact us within 4 hours. Depending on the case, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

  • Fresh flowers, plants, and chocolates delivered in good condition.
  • Customized or personalized orders (special bouquets, custom messages, or unique designs).
  • Orders delivered correctly and accepted in good condition.

4. Refund Process

  • Report issues within 4 hours by emailing us.
  • In rare cases, we may request flowers to be returned for inspection.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank/provider).

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges due to the perishable nature of flowers. If there is an issue with your order, we will provide a replacement or refund.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Late Deliveries: While we aim for timely delivery, delays by third-party couriers may occur. If this affects the condition of your flowers, please contact us within 4 hours.
  • Wrong Deliveries: If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will send a replacement or refund.
